So, as I may have mentioned, I kinda discovered avocados this year. And "discovered", I mean I finally actually experimented with them. I was always afraid I wouldn't like that "mushy" texture. But in a recipe like this, you kinda need that mushiness.
For the mousse:
3 very ripe and soft avocado cut into pieces
2/3 tbsp cocoa powder
2/3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 fl. coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
For garnish: Vegan chocolate A few strawberries
Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until the mixture forms a light mousse.
Pour into tall glasses.
Serve immediately or chill then serve.
